Petition in support of the Pope

Chris Gillibrand, author of Catholic Church Conservation, has set up an online petition in support of Pope Benedict. It reads:
We, the undersigned, welcome, with all our hearts and souls, the visit of Pope Benedict XVI to the United Kingdom, for the liberty and well-being of the church in our country and most especially for the spiritual benefits and pastoral care to be offered to all, whatever their beliefs.

Done! It was easy - no rocket science involved :-)

Thanks Fr Tim for the link. Nothing is more important for any and every Catholic in this land than to show solidarity with our Holy Father at this time.

If the secularists think they'll have an easy time - they'd better think again.

If we all PRAY the Prayer to St Michael - his 'Hotline' will be jammed with our petitions.

The Heavenly Armies will be mobilised for sure!!!
Ever seen an ANGEL? No not the namby-pamby-wimpish 'fairies' portrayed in kiddies books, but a REAL Angel!

Holy Michael the Archangel......

..... and defend our Holy Father from all harm.

Dear Father Finigan

This online petition really is Our Lady of the Rosary's 999 response to Old Nick's 666 'Planning for Real' i.e...999 signee No 74. Fr Tim Finigan...May the Holy Spirit give a rich measure of gratia ad robur for the spiritual battle ahead...The Hermeneutic of Continuity

The following poem was performed for the WRITE NEXT DOOR SHOWCASE at the Broadway Theatre, Barking 24th January 2007 at 7.30 pm. There are currently 12 BNP Councillors in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. I would also like to dedicate the poem, as a symbol of support, for the visit of Pope Benedict XVI to the United Kingdom.

From Dark To Light Too

From 666 to 999.
From Alpha to Omega the end of time.
From what was yours to what is mine.
An Evening Star did shine.

When clouded orbits declined within.
Dragged down to Earth by original sin.
When God's witness was D.S Quinn.
An Evening Star did shine.

If truths suppressed could take to wing.
To Maria Assumpta like birds they'd sing.
No longer numbed by vespine sting.
An Evening Star still shines.

At the next General Election former Met Police Inspector Michael Barnbrook, the malevolent neo-Nazi BNP Police Spokesman, will be standing as a candidate for MP in Father Finigan's Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, Blackfen, which is in the late Sir Edward Heath's Old Bexley & Sidcup constituency. Nick Griffin MEP, the BNP's leader will be standing as a candidate for MP in the Barking & Dagenham constituency here in London at the next General Election.

Our Lady of the Rosary pray for us in BNP leader Nick Griffin MEP's EU/GLA/LDA/ODA NEO-NAZI DEVELOPMENT TIMES Amen

Yours sincerely

I have signed and forwarded it to all. Thank you Father for the link.

How wonderful that Papa Benedict is coming to visit England. Please keep us informed as to how we can get tickets to one of the Masses.

The last time the Pope visited England was 29 years ago, it has been too long for us Catholics.

Done. That's me in the 130s.

Long live the Pope!

George: I don't know whose fault it was but my comment should have been posted on "You don't pick and choose traditions".

CF - I know it was under the wrong post, but it just seemed so funny! Just my sense of humour :-)

May I also bring your attention to Facebook `We support Mgr Andre- Mutien Leonard, new Archbishop of Maines-Brussels` The Archbishop needs support and indeed on his success or failure may well lie the future of the Church in England. I am a small player so if any bigger guns who draw support could organize a better petition I would be grateful. I just feel so sronglly about this.
